Good morning | Dobro jutro

CROATIAN VERSION BELOW – HRVATSKA VERZIJA U NASTAVKU

For those who come to UPM blog and interpret it in the wrong way, here’s a little help to look at things in a different way. From a slightly different perspective. This is not a blog that unrealistically, blindly and bluntly suggests that the world is beautiful. That all people are good, that evil does not exist. That there is no illness, violence, misery, hunger and other negative, unfortunately, everyday gaps.

This blog is designed to be a place in the “gray, dark and unexpected” situations. That we all probably experience at least once in a lifetime. My aim is to show that the image can be different if viewed from a different angle.

Positive thinking can change life because it really can. The Internet is full of such testimonies, but we do not have to go so broadly. If we look around, each of us knows at least one person whose flowers did not flourish in life. And who, with their clear, affirmative and motivating spirit, raised themselves from misery and trouble.

You surely know at least one person who is a “medical miracle”. Because he/she used his/hers inner strength, desire and optimism and prolonged his/hers life despite the black prognosis of the doctor.

Likewise, every one of us knows the people who sank in black thoughts even though their life was not near the end. They did need or did not have anyone nearby who would help them overwhelm their black thoughts. Someone who would put some color in their thoughts. Someone who would give them a comforting hand, hope and help. Not only in words, but in actions.

Sometimes it takes so little. Just a small atom of your positive energy can help someone.

I have read about the results of a study that dealt with the banal fact how can words affect one’s life. The study dealt with simple “Good Morning, you are looking so good” and “Good morning, you look bad, maybe you’re sick?” greetings.

The results, in short, was: those people who were welcomed with a positive greeting had a great day, they felt great. They burned energy regardless of their health, property, mental and any other condition. Unlike them, people that was greeted with worrying morning greeting felt worse and worse during the day. They couldn’t do anything right, they had been annoyed, felt nauseous, experienced huge headaches…. Think about how you are affected to such external positive and negative influences.

And than decide for yourself what day you will have. Because you do have that choice. Decide how will you greet people with the smile or worry. It’s your prerogative.  As is ours to give our best so this world is a little more beautiful and positive place for all of us :)))

Dobro jutro

Razmislite malo koliko ste i sami podložni takvim vanjskim pozitivnim i negativnim utjecajima.
