Objective was to implement new technical platform Adobe Expirence Manager for kpmg.hr and kpmg.ba, migrate and update content and track customer journey on the new websites. Project was successfully finished by reaching all goals in June 2016.
My role was project Manager with following responsibilities:
– Develop a project plan and manage deliverables
– Lead and manage the project team
– Establish a project schedule and determine each phase
– Provide regular updates to project Sponsor and regional Management
